Thoughts on exploding heads?

Wouldn't it be interesting if we all died the same way. Like if our heads just spontaniously exploded.

Would we get used to it happening all the time?

Say you were out to dinner w/ someone & the waiter was going through the specials, "Tonight we're featuring calf balls with a side of fried monkey tail along with....BOOM!!!!

Would you just sit there and wonder "What kind of sauce goes w/ fried monkey tails?"
