Am I having early pregnancy symptoms?
Ok, as background, I am almost 21 years old, and I am happily married. I went off birth control pills in April because I didn't like the way they made me feel (very emotional), and we rarely use other forms of protection. I haven't had a period since going off the pill, which isn't unusual, esp. since I was very irregular before starting the pill. I took a test about 2 weeks ago just to check, and it was negative. Yesterday morning, I woke up with horrible cramp-like pains, worse than my regular cramps, yet no sight of bleeding (fyi, I NEVER cramp until i'm actually bleeding). The stomach pains lasted throughout the whole day, and were later accompanied by dizziness, fatigue, and some nausea. I have also been avoiding foods I normally like for at least the past week, because they just seem gross to me. Do these sound like pregnancy symptoms to you?
Oh, and to the person who said go to college...I am graduating college next year, finishing my 5 year degree in 4. So please don't bash what you don't know.

I honestly think your body is just changing since you stopped taking the pills . When I am becoming on my period i have bad cramps naseua throwing up and everything. Maybe your period is on its way but its just taking a long process because of your body changing and the side effects of you disconinuing the pills. Wish you the best of luck.

I am a mother of 2 and yes it does sound like pregnancy symptoms but to know for sure, take another test, try ept its the best in my opinion. My first pregnancy took 5 tests to find out if i was pregnant or not, thats b/c i took them too early..good luck

you could be just adjusting it could take over a year to get to normal....i took the depo shot 1 time and bled for 13 months.
then again it could be a pregnancy! Make a doc apointment and have them check you out for sure! untill then i wouldnt do any drinking or anything else that may effect a child in utero
good luck i wish you the best!

Coming off a pill can create unusual symptoms so there is no way of telling.
You could be pregnant, you could just be readjusting to hormone levels, or you could even be miscarrying.
Take another pregnancy test, I had several negatives before a positive w/both my pregnancies.
If it is positive, see a Dr. right away.

There are alot of contributing factors that can make a woman feel like that, It could be your hormones trying to get back on the right track, but then again some women have to have the blood test to let them know if they are pregnant.

When is your next period expected? approximately? I think you should probably use another one of them tests and see what it says now. Taking a pregnancy test early does not always show accurate results.
