Guppy problem..?
Ok, my pregnant guppy's left eye seems WRONG! Happen to notice it today, last night it was fine.. The left eye seems to have a white circle around it in the centre of the eye.
The whole eye is black right? But in the centre there seems to be a skin growth in the shape of a circle.. Its like coming out of the eye.. Looks weird... Is it going blind?! is it fungus?

Good video and that does help rule out several things. I would only have one question left for you. Did this seem to start inside the eye and work it's way out? If so, it's a parasite. If not I would say a fungus infection.
For the potential parasite, I would suggest treating with Maracide or Clout, which ever you can get easily.
If you think it started on the surface and it's a fungus, I would suggest either Maroxy or Jungles Fungus Eliminator. Ether one should clear up the problem and both are pretty common.
Hope that helps

Looks like the start of popeye. The causes of popeye can be from extreme temperature changes, dirty water, and over-aerating. Treat the guppy with Maracyn-2, Ampicillix, or Penicillin.

stop feeding live tubifex worms and/or larvae to the guppy.
feed the guppy non-life food instead.
ask the fish shop person what medication you can put in the water of the guppy.
put a little will do and carefully away from the guppy and gently stir the water to let the medication dissolve in the water.

yes this is caused by tap water. it has chlorine and other chemicals, this means in your area it is higher than usuall.
What you can do is get purified water and a good filter. and hurry your fish is suffering. get it some of that water before it dies. well glad i could help
