This isn't the best idea, but change iexplorer.exe (internet explorer) or the process of the game client to above normal. This way the cpu usage goes to the game before other things. Message me and tell me what the proccess that takes up 100% cpu usage is. svchost.exe right?

Check your system for viruses and spyware. These malware appz pull a lot of cpu usage, especially when an internet connection is sensed. In addition, look at your antivirus and spyware software to make sure a scan is not in progress. There is obviously something taking all of the resources, the trick is, finding what is causing it. If you want a way to scan your pc for free, do a google search for panda antivirus. They have a really good free scanner. It doesn't clean them out, but it does give you a good idea how infected your machine is.
