how do i gain weight, but stay cut, have big pecs and huge abs?

what diet should i be on. what foods are good for me? what foods are bad for me?

    to gain muscle and stay lean is very hard to do. you have to take in the right amount of calories. start with around 3500 calories a day. you can lower or raise your calories from there. eat 50% protien 40% carbs and 10% fat. eat at least 300 grams of protien throughout the day. make sure your eating every 3 hours to insure your body has enough fuel.

    work out..eat red meats and proteins and healthy stuff like that...muscle weighs more than fat..remember THAT!!
