Chicken or the Egg?

I don't think, I know. The chicken, look in the book of Genesis in the Bible:

Genesis 1:21 "So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind.

This question is rooted in your perception of the question it's self. #1 is in relation of a bird( here and Now) and an egg that it may or may-not have laid. #2 is the question about how can you have a bird if you did not have an egg first. #3 is did God just make the bird and it makes egg as a life process. #4 is did it just evolve?

What ever stand you take it make the others a non viable answer. All of the philosophy majors laugh at this trying to be answered. With 4 or more non provable answers it will be a debate forever.

The egg did. The question never specified what kind of egg. Obviously, the dinosaur egg was here way before the chicken.

I don't know why its such a hard question. Could the egg or even a chick survive without the nurturing from a chicken, no. The chicken came first.

Well, it depends. If you believe in evolution, then it was obviously the chicken because it evolvedout of some other bird but evolved to adapt to its environment. Or, if you believe that two birds mated and layed a chicken egg...Well, anyways, it just depends

Well God created all living beings so of course the chicken came first!

What I want to know is who was the person who looked at a chicken and decided I want to eat the first thing that comes out of its butt.

Had to be the chicken, who would sit on the egg to hatch it? The age old question = solved. :)
