yes it does,an enclosed public space.if a bus shelter has 2 sides you can smoke,if it has 3 you cant,daft isnt it.(a smoker)

The smoking ban goes to far,if your a smoker the law takes away the freedom, the law says that anyone smoking in a building place used by the public will be asked to leave in the first place,fined if the person carrys on smoking
