xbox 360 display help?

I am using a 19" widescreen samsung computer monitor with 1440 x 900. my choices are 640 x 480, 848 x 480, 1024 x 768, 1280 x 720, 1280 x 768, 1280 x 1024, 1360 x 768 and 1920 x x 1080. and for reference levels I am given a choice of standard, intermediate and expanded. what would be the best settings?

    i would try all of them to see which is the best one or jst go with expanded

    Yes, as the others mentioned, 1280 x 768 (odd, I thought this was supposed to be 1366 x 768, but oh well) with expanded black settings. This will not fill up your entire monitor's screen, but it is the best available option.
