yes..it is automatically set so you have to be UNDER 18 to view her profile..but predators can still use fake ages under 18.

there is a way to set her profile to private again..so even if your 15..you still have to be her friend to view her profile..go to account settings and set it to private..

Your daughter is right. It can be hard to find where it actually says that in the settings, but you can test it by going directly to her myspace. Just make sure you are signed out of any profile, and type in her myspace URL. It should just show her picture, but say "So & So set their profile to Private"

Another way to consider it: This is from myspace central. I can't see anyway they can detect if a person is misrepresenting their date of birth when that person is merely asked for a date of birth and no requirement to prove it's accurate. Unless I missed something. But I don't believe I have. ~
