How do I get over not sleeping and not staying awake?

When I am awake I am always tired, when I am in bed I can't fall asleep, I've tried OTC and prescription nothing works for sleep. I've tried energy drinks they don't work either

    I had the same problem for a long time. The issue, it turned out, was that my body and mind want to go to bed around 4 am and wake up every day around noon, but because of school I had to go to bed by 11 or so every night and wake up around 7 every morning. Some people just aren't on the same clock as everybody else. Maybe this is your issue - try and find what your body is telling you, and adapt as necessary.

    i think u should consult a doctor and adjust back to your normal life style

    a healthy diet and lifestyle should fix almost any health problem!!!!!!
