it's hard to just go up directly and tell him.
have you tried to hint about the subject?
flirt with the boy, and if he flirts back, there's got to be SOME kind of attraction there. whether its enough for a relationship is the question.

hes flirty with you, does anything to make you laugh, alwys looking in ur eyes n nothing else, umm thats a few that i know of
