Run until you can't stand it anymore for weight loss and drink a lot of water instead of sugared down drinks (and definitely no soda).

For muscle mass you need to set up a plan where you work out different body parts everyday of the week, but make sure to have at least one day of rest.

start stretching every morning and run around the block every day. Then start weight training like, bench presses for your arms and chest. then sit ups for your stomach. I recommend crunches with your legs out straight and six inches off the floor. then place your hands flat on the floor under your butt, and raise your shoulders off the floor. you don't have to go all the way up. the object is to not let your feet touch the ground. I would do 25 a day till you felt you can do more. Then do about 25 knee squats. all you do is stand up straight with your arms out in front of you. and keep your back straight and bend down as far as you can and come back up. this will tone your but and thighs, and calf muscles. if you just do that every day and eat right you'll get what your look in for.

Cardio kickboxing, Ta-Bo, Step...I usually try taking classes at the gym or school. They are fun and you use about every part of your body so you're working everything out at the same time.
