Slim 30 works. My friend lost 35 pounds in 2 months. I started taking them a lil over a month ago and have lost 26 pounds. I didnt think stuff like this worked, but i researched the product before starting it, and have never found any negative information about it.

The only weight loss pills that actually work are doctor prescribed, the others like over the counter ones speed up your metabolism quickly and then slow it down significantly when you stop using them. This often causes you to gain more than you lost. Unfortunately exercising and and watching what you eat is the best bet. I know I'm going through the same thing.

NONE!
The only one pills help is the guy who sells them, he gets a fat wallet!
Eat small well balanced meals 5 to 6 a day, about every 3 hours. Multiply your current weight by 10, use that as your starting calorie count. Divide that count into the 5 or 6 meals.
Go to MyPyramid.gov for a healthy food guide.
MOVE. Being more active all the time helps keep your metabolism up. One hour of intense activity doesn't help if you spend the rest of the day in a chair.

There is a new FDA approved weight loss pill, I have heard that it really works. Walmart sells them. They are called ALI.
