Why do some men...?

Does your dad provide you with what ever you need ? Is he their for you when you have an issue ? sometime men in general do not want to lower their guard as head of house hold. But if you hug hime and tell him you love him he might just return the I love you to answer. it is hard for men to just say those beautiful words

It's not just men. Some people just have a hard time expressing their emotions through words... I'm the same way. It's hard to explain, but it's embarassing, almost, to say little things like "I love you", and stuff of the sort. I think it has something to do with the fact that I was never taught to express my feelings as a child.

I am just like that! I know with me it's because that's how my parents are. They show their love to me but they never say it to me..not even my mother. So that's the man I became which at times can cause issues in relationships if the other person comes from a family that conveyed that message to them verbally. My daughter, however, loves to say it..go figure!

Personally, the actions show more than the words!! someone can easily tell u that they love you, but not mean it! my dad also did things to show that he loved me and when I think back, I remember those things more than the times that he actually said I love you. Plus for guys, actions are easier for them than the words.
