A princess wedding around Los Angeles?
I am looking for a site to have my wedding where I can feel like a princess for the day. Ideally it would be a place I could have the ceremony and the reception, have a horse drawn carriage, and have a dance floor! I'd love a castle, but am open to ideas. I found a great site - Grand Tradition, but it is 2 hours from LA, and I'm looking for something closer.

Try the Wattles Mansion in Hollywood: http://www.hollywoodheritage.org/wattles/wattles.h...
It was in the LA Times a few months ago as being a great venue for an outside wedding.

Can you get married at the Renaissance Faire in Pomona?
That would give you the opportunity to be a real princess for a day with everyone in costume to match.
Have you tried asking if they do weddings at Medieval Times in Buena Park near Knott's Berry Farm?
Disneyland does Princess weddings at the Disneyland Hotel.
In a pinch, Excalibur Hotel in Las Vegas has a wedding chapel and dressing in the princess theme would be appropriate.

Wattles Mansion is a great choice, but they don't have a kitchen you can use, so any caterer you hire will have to bring in their own units. Also, it's not the place for a large wedding (150+).
Look into the Magic Castle. I believe they have weddings there.

i like the 2d option the appropriate. theory 3 in all hazard does no longer be as "trashy" as you're imagining (my ex-husband and his modern spouse married in Vegas, and there wasn't an Elvis impersonator in sight, it became very magnificent and romantic.) i might a minimum of evaluate it because of the fact your fiance incredibly needs it, yet i'm additionally no longer a extensive fan of coming up all my travellers bypass on trip and incur a team of expenses just to attend my wedding ceremony. i think of the sea coast/yacht option could be the main chic and chic, to no longer point out the best for many folk of your travellers. option one million could be a calming occasion, yet I do merely no longer in many situations associate Hollywood and "bling" with a princess subject.
