The fact of the matter is that it has no intrinsic value. As for collectible value, it is worth what any collector who does not have it and who wants it is willing to pay for it.
My suggestions: 1. check auction results for political Americana ephemera (items which do not have a built in permanence, such as antique furniture) and see what similar items have brought at auction. 2. Take it to a dealer in Americana collectibles and see what he will offer you for it. (the dealer's markup will be in the neighborhood of 100%, so his offer will be 1/2 of what he expects to sell it for) 3.At a guess, as a collector of similar items, I would say between $75 and $150 . 4. Since it does represent a piece of family history for you, keep it as such. We're talking about four generations a t present, and if you part with it, unless you have dire need of cash and have no other means of raising it, you are sure to regret giving it up. This will happen sooner or later no matter what you may think now.

try doing a search on ebay for it. It may not give you a true value but it'll give you an idea what someone will pay for it. I don't know much about paper currency, I collect and sell coins. But thats cool, whether its worth money or not.

It depends on the condition and where specifically it is from, but it is probably worth $20-$50 if its not too wrinkled and folded. It could be worth a lot more, if it looks brand new (Crisp Uncirculated.)

well, i think that that since it so old and rare to find, it will probably worth 1 million dollars!!! because it was nere the end of World War II and it happened a long time ago. If you saw the movie holes, when the family found the treasure chest and the bills were old, they were rare and they were worth millions of dollars!!

Well, since the Confederacy isn't around to honor it anymore, it's worth zero. As a collector's item, though, it may have some intrinsic value.

If it is genuine (and not torn or badly worn) then you can see what like items are bidding for on ebay (it will give you a good idea of its value). It may be tempting to sell it, but if you decide to hold on to it then its value will only soar with time.
