Does anyone know of reasonable and reliable childcare in the Raleigh, NC area?
I have a 3 y.o. daughter and I'm looking for a new daycare for her. I'm changing jobs and the daycare she's at now is too far (plus, i don't really like it). The daycares I've called are all $800 or more. If you know of anything less than that with caring teachers who like their job and offer discipline with education, please respond. It doesn't seem the right people were online today to pick up your question and give it a proper answer. While I don't live in this part of the country, I can provide some general tips for finding reliable and affordable daycare.
1 - Ask your co-workers.
2 - Check the yellow pages for a list of places you can start looking at.
3 - Contact the local YMCA for suggestions.
4 - Contact local churches for suggestions.
