edit: no, the point of a parody religion is exactly the same as that of any other religion, to explain how the universe works and what our role in them is. The only difference is perhaps that we know our explanations are funny, and that they are made up on the spot, or just for laughs. Generally only the one who made the answer can do that. If the conection is broken the same thing can happen. So check it first before thinking in that customer care do that.
