What type of used car is most reliable?
I'm interested in buying a used car soon, and i was hoping for something like a mustang or chevy thats more vintage, but people are saying they arent reliable. what used cars are the least problematic? any advice would help

Any used car may or may not be "reliable". What would you rather own..an early Mustang (which will only increase in value) or a 1970-1990 Chevy, which will also appreciate (if you get the right model, year and options) or a Japanese, German, or Korean pos which will only depreciate and which won't be any more reliable than the Ford or Chevy?
I know which I'd prefer - a 1970 Chevelle SS 396..but, like bellybuttons, everybody has an opinion..Thanks for the two points and good luck!

Buy something Japanese. Hondas and Nissans have been known to go beyond 200,000 miles.
I just bought a used Saturn. Two days later, $700 in repair bills. No joke.

camry's are very reliable. if you dont get a camry, at least get a different type of foreign car. american cars stink
