should paul, bruce and nick reform the jam for a one night charity gig?

the jam was a"new age/mod revivalist groupin the 70'S 80'S,in my opinion the best ever.I felt robbed when they split as I never got to see them live in concert.although i've seen weller on many occassions and every time he has been fantastic.I still feel the void. does any one agree.

Weller is simply not interested, much to his credit. That's 'Rick' not 'Nick' by the way.... and I'm guessing you mean 'New Wave' not 'New Age' - which is Brian Eno/ambient music/electronic twiddling - which the Jam assuredly weren't.

Source(s): Saw the Jam so don't have the void... and Weller was hopeless last time I saw him....

Saw it on the news a few months ago, they are reforming! BUT just the drummer and bass player with a Paul Weller soundalike, yep Paul said no, he said it was a moment in time and can't be repeated but the other 2 said he can join if he wanted, this was on Central news yep.

The Jam were excellent but they bowed out at the right time- at their peak

I hope they don't do a Police and think of a tour to enlarge their pension funds

Just the one night? The Jam were something special.
