I don't believe in any of that Virgin Mary, virgin birth stuff. It's scientifically impossible.

Yes, every person is comprised of 23 chromosomes from the father, and 23 from the mother, making 46. If Jesus was born of a virgin, that would mean he was firing on 23 chromosomes.

Given the assumptions from the Bible, your question poses no problems at all. Assumption #1 - God created everything with his spirit, including the universe and everything in it (DNA and other things). Assumption #2 - God's spirit made Mary pregnant, even though she was a virgin. Given the assumptions we can conclude that God "filled in" the Y chromosome missing in Mary. The scenario is perfectly consistent in light of what details the Bible actually tells us.

To state that Jesus had XY chromosomes, you'd have to assume that he had a human body, and to do that, you'd have to assume that he existed as a real person. Real human male people have Y chromosomes inherited from their male parents. Without exception.

Jesus was called the Son of Man and the Son of God. God caused marry to become pregnant with out copulation (virgin) there for it came from God. Just as Jesus was ablt to transmute water to wine by way of His extra-dimensional father. God is able to manipulate mater. Angels can also manifest in a way that manipulates matter as in the Sons of God mentioned in Genesis = fallen angels, saw the daughters of men as fair and then shortly there were Giants and the days quickly became evil "legends of gods and their petty wars". A geneticaly engineered species later killed off by God as it was an attempt to prevent the messiah from coming from the line of David who would crush the head of the serpent "dragon" satan. And yes Jesus identifies him self as God not a separate entity.
John 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou [then], Shew us the Father?

How do you know what chromosomes Jesus had? Okay, he looked like a man is supposed to look. ... So, what is the answer? I believe it's obvious. His Father was a man.

Have you ever thought that since He was God in the flesh, Jesus may have had a set of XZ chromosomes. His genetics were different from our because He was the Son of God. Does God have XY chromosomes? Who knows, but God.

Jesus got his y chromosome from the monster that raped mary and impregnated her which is why she made up the story about god impregnating her, which led them to feed jesus' head with tales of grandeur which gave him a god complex which led to his crucifixion.
