Make-up when you attending school, is it necessary?

I'm just curious, When I watching at those teenage school TV series that usually looking at those girls with make-up and pretty heavy though, Is it  really a matter if poor looking or ordinary that would make you sucks in school? And how much time have wasted on make up before go back to school? I mean go to school is a learning place to stay. What if you one day without the make-up, can you able to deal with friends around in the school? I know it's kind of offends. I just want to hear your says! I'm sorry in advance!!

I not offended by this question, As a teenager there is not many places I go, kids spend most of their time at school and I just want to look nice like anyone would, but even sometime I get tired of the whole get up and get ready routine that I just don't bother.

In short its not necessary, It all just looks...well to me it is.

Absolutely you do not have to wear make up to school! The first make up I ever wore was full stage make up, and that's thick stuff. That's what you see girls on TV wearing. Because I started wearing stage make up at such a young age, I never really wanted to wear make up on a daily basis. I only wear it occasionally and on special occasions. (And for stage of course) 

Mid-school and high school are really stupid. Girls are so image-based(and guys are too, don't think I forgot them!), it's pathetic. Don't worry about it if you don't want to wear make up every day. It's not going to matter. Besides, once you get into college and the real world, very few women wear make up on a daily basis.

I agree but the way i see it, going to school wearing make up is like a trademark here...not only that, women go on forever wearing make-up, i think it's because they're too white, i don't know...and when they take it offf....what a shocker!! hahaha
