I'm 4 months pregnant. Is hanging drywall a safe activity for me?
I am not going to be personally hanging the drywall. a contractor is coming in and doing it but has warned about the dust. I have tried looking for information about this on search engines but to no avail. any advice?

Its not a big deal its only drywall not asbestos or something. Dont worry it just makes a huge mess.

It's safe. I'd reccomend you get a carpenter's mask at your local home depot, but other than that...as long as you aren't physically hanging it yourself, there shouldn't be an issue.

Stay away from it, if possible.
Use ceiling fans. Open the windows to get the dust out.
Wear a mask when you vacuum.
