what're some common complications/effects of new tattoos?

obviously there's the flaking and/or scabbing and sometimes itching, but what else?

    Depending on the size of the tattoo, you may experience some bleeding as well. Try applying some pressure until the bleeding stops.

    Infection...and if it scabs too much, the color can become flawed.

    you pretty much covered it....just be sure to keep it moisturized and clean
