In the human pets application, i won an auction, now what?
They tell me to go to 'Auctions' and make good on my end, what the hell does that mean? i still don't own that human even though i won the bid.

An human pet auction on facebook is for something specific from that pet.
An example would be the answer to a question, a friend add on facebook, an online chat or something else.
Take a look carefully at the auction that you won & see what you had bid on. Msg the human pet for whatever item you won from them.
No, most of the times, the auction isn't for the pet themself, but something from them.
