We have these bugs in our house...what are they?

They inhabit our bathtub, kitchen, the floors and ceilings of our home. I have seen a few in my bedroom as well. They look like mini caterpillars. They are brown, about 2 cm long, and curl up when there is any movement around them. Does anyone have any idea what they are, what they are after, and how to get rid of them?! Any ideas will be much appreciated!

    roely poely bugs, dont know what they are after, but they are harmless

    Call an exterminator.
