How much should i weigh ???im 15 and a girl

    There's no magic number.

    you should check out your Body mass Index- you should use the teen calculator.

    you type in your height and weight and it will tell you where you fit on a scale- it will tell you whether you are underweight, healthy , overweight, etc. this can help you determine if you need to gain muscle( if underweight) or lose fat (if overweight). if you're in the healthy range focus on other means of measurement- how fast can you run the mile? how many sit ups or push ups can you do? don't focus on the scale- but on your health- be a woman who is strong and healthy and you'll realize that Americas obsession is focusing on the wrong thing- threes no magic number- losing 5 lbs rarely makes a difference in health- but being able to run the mile a minute faster is awesome!

    adn please- if you're only 15 really focus on developing good habits for your health- avoiding fast food- eating tons of fruit and veggies, and getting regular excercise outside of the gym class. set these habits and they'll serve you well your whole life!

    That all depends on how tall you are and how much muscle to fat you have.

    5'0 female should weigh around 100lbs, add 5lbs for every inch above 5 feet. Keep in mind though that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are pretty muscular you're going to weigh more.

    100-120... dont worry about your weight too much....im just guessin by the healthy weight ..cuz if you weigh like 90, you are realy unhealthy, unless your short?, and if you weigh more than 120, u will be ok

    it all depends on how tall you are, there is no set weight just for your age. Go here and calculate what your Body Mass is.

    depends how much muscle mass u got

    n how tall u are

    u can visit ur local doctor to check if ur obese
