does anyone know how to get a copy of a seabook (Navy yearbook)?

    try the PAO on the Tarawa first, there may be extras lying around the ship's Library. if not, Ebay.

    Year?

    If you talk to VFW post near you they might be able to locate a copy.

    They are very hard to obtain as only enough for the crew are printed.
