It is a common problem encountered by teenaged girls… you are not behaving abnormal… the once-in-a-life-time hormonal changes take place in this age… you feel and experience that you are growing… whereas your parents are caught unawares with the swift changes in their daughter… they do not want to accept that their daughter is entering her adulthood… they are not prepared mentally and emotionally for accepting this fact…

On the other hand the girl being in the academic timeslot of 10th to 12th… has to bear enormous work load of studies, coaching, healthcare and preparation for her university level…

Not only you…, all other girls also…, who realise their responsibilities towards themselves, their family and their social circle… feel the same physical and mental exhaustion…

How to counter these routine problems:

    1. Make a time schedule from the time you wakeup in the morning to the time you go to bed…

    2. Follow the schedule with each job distinctly… do not mix-up… one with the other…

    3. Always remember that you are undergoing hormonal changes… hence you have to be careful about your tone while speaking and your body language… however don’t be over conscious…

    4. Remember that your parents are also equally disturbed with the crucial crossroad you are stuck at… you have to be considerate towards them and have to be tolerant… as they may sometimes be a bit blunt…

    5. spare a little time for your mother and your dad… have an eye contact with them… and touch them… and talk to them…, exchanging pleasantries… once in a day…

    6. Do not have indiscriminate expectations from your life and from the people around you… don’t get disturbed if the things are not turning up the way you expected them to be…

Just take the present day life as it is… as nothing is in your hands…

Leave something for Lord Krishna to do… he has ample time to take care of you… just keep the Lord busy…

Cheer up… and wear a constant smile on your face…

    Jai Shri Krishna…

When you get home after a hard day at work. Give yourself 15 mins to 'Cool down'. Down let anything get in the way of your cool down period.

Do it where you feel most calm aswell. Whether that be in a park, laying on your bed, or even sat in the car.

    I hope this helps.

    Keep smiling lol :)

Just try to relax and take a cold shower, a nice drink and lay down with closed eyes for minutes. You will be fine. Everybody has same problem, so do not worry.

patience is a vertrue. a learned disiplined trait. i was like you before going in the military. the military teaches you to let go. breaks you of that. thats how i got over my anger. i do not know if that helps.
