Do you think ESPN is going to provide best race coverage this year or does fox still hold the title?

I know you like the little blonde girl on ESPN, but I'm gonna go with FOX! I know it would bite big time for people who don't have pay TV but it would be cool to have the races on SPEED! I love all the commentators and the coverage there!

Sorry Yall but I lova da Bogitty Bogitty!!

My money is on ESPN. They were what brought NASCAR to TV as we know it today. They ruled back in the day. They had some of the best announcers in the business with Larry Newburg, Jerry Punch, Benny Parson and Bob Jenkens. Jerry Punch is still around Newburg and Parsons are gone now and Jekens works for Indianapolis Speedway. I'm sure they will get it together and go right back on top like they were.

FOX I never did care a whole lot for, for the way they did the other network 7 years ago when they did that 6 Billion dollar TV deal with NASCAR They need to stay with the round ball crap not the round track stuff.

    Another treat for scooby

Well the bar hasn't been set very high has it? So lets hope they have better coverage.Fox had D.W and TNT had Kyle Petty for a few, both of whom I enjoy. But Rusty?.I'll forgive all and accept anything or anyone if ESPN will reverse the commercial formula from 3 minutes of racing and 5 minutes of commercials, that FOX and TNT use.As a previous poster pointed out (Except FOX) we PAY for these channels.

i think fox was, and will always be the best station to host nascar races. that is why they give fox the daytona 500. They just have all the popular ppl like DW and others. i hardly know any on espn.

No one can seem to come close to Fox's coverage. Fox seems to understand that it takes announcers who really know what they're talking about to cover our beloved sport.

And NASCAR coverage menas NASCAR coverage, not interruptions about other sports. The time set aside for NASCAR should be for racing and racing alone.

Please tell me FOX gets our coverage again in February with 500.

It is the first race for ESPN in a while. I can't give an answer until I see the race tomorrow, but right now I think FOX still has it. TNT was good.

Don't know I'm on strike against NASCAR! Too many people who can't afford cable or Direct cut off by them going with ESPN ! And it is supposed to be the sport of the common man. AH ! Turning into nothing but just another PRO sport like the NFL, NBA, and MLB.

Think I'll stick with College football and forget the rest.

fastford is partially right, ESPN usd to rule, but they took too much time off, and have lost their edge. Right now, I think Fox still rules, but given enough time, ESPN should be back to their former glory.

To tell you the truth, I want TNN back!! I miss swamp buggy racing and demo derbies on Friday nights!!!!
