Potatoes fill me up so I don't have to eat as often. This is from 1235 AM to 630 PM.
oh and they are baked chips, so that means that aren't as bad. Not the best but okay.

Its a 7 out of ten. You did very well but its the littlle things that count. Forget the sugar, use a sweetner, and its not all about calories, pay attention to the Fat, that will just counter balance all your hard work in the exercise department. =] good luck

first of all - you are not eating enough
second - make healthier choices - whats up with chips, margarine and potatoes??? honey mustard? you could have had a piece of fruit for the same amount of calories.
your diet is not healthy - there is not enough fruit or veggies and definitely not enough protein. all you eat is junk and carbs.
it doesnt matter how long is the distance or how many calories you burn - it matters that you do 45min of cardio.
sit ups build muscle and make your belly look bigger, they dont burn any fat (only bodybuilders need to do them)

you need more protien!
with the margerine and sugar you get a lot of calories that don't give you nutrition
You don't have to eat meat to get protien but I see you getting none.
Yogurt cheese beans and rice You need protien!
