Ever have a colonic?

If so, how was it / did it work for you?

If not, would you consider it?

Hi Carolyn - I had a series of colonics a couple of years ago, and saw positive results. The process helped with my seasonal allergies, and though I wouldn't have considered myself irregular before, it definitely regulated things in that department!

The process itself was a little uncomfortable. When the therapist fills you up with water you'll feel as though you've just eaten a VERY large meal. He/she will likely then massage your abdomen to help get things loosened up, which again, was just a little uncomfortable. When I felt nauseated the therapist gave me essential oils of peppermint and eucalyptus to smell...it helped. The appointments were about 45 min I think, and I did three or four over the course of two weeks. The results are definitely worth the process, in my opinion. Good luck!

No i've never had one but my mother has. I should be getting one done but Im not all the way comfortable with the fact that I will have a tube up my butt. lol However, its very good for you. It cleans out all of that horrible stuff in your body thats been building up for years. Some people have worms and paracytes in them and don't even know it! Gross huh? Well kolonics will cleanse all of that out of you. not to mention, you will lose a few pounds!

I would definitely consider it. ;)
