Multiple Users accessing MS ACCESS?
I am workingn on a project at work and have created an Access databse to record all our info. However, I need a way to allow 6 people to access/update the records at the same time.
I have looked in the Help file, and whilst it says it can be done, it doesn't say how. Or at least not for a novice like myself.
Any help would be appreciated!!

As long as it is on a shared drive (network) each DB (Database) can have multiple users opening it at the same time, just not editing the SAME RECORD.
If You don't feel that would be stable enough, try copying the tables to a secondary DB on a network drive, then replacing the tables in the primary DB with LINKS to the TABLES in the secondary DB.
Then each person can have a COPY of the "primary" DB (or FRONT-END) on thier DESKTOP and still edit/add to the same Table(s).
Since Your admittedly a "novice" I'll give a couple good sites for advanced learning, both are free...
