Ok, you need 3 hides. One on the cool side and one on the warm side. The humid or moist hide is also on the warm side. You can just use a tupperware or coowhip container. Cut a hole in the side and line it with paper towels. Mist it daily. This will aid in shedding. Keep an under the tank heating pad on at all times underneath one end of the tank. They need belly heat to digest food. They do not need bright lights on during the day--they are nocturnal (active at night). And no UVB is needed either. A water dish and a small dish of calcium powder, and you are all set. And DO NOT use any kind of loosed substrate, especially sand, as it is a huge problem with intestinal impaction! Use non-adhesive shelf liner (no glue to give off fumes when heated), reptile carpet, or ceramic tile. The UTH pads temperature can be adjusted with a dimmer switch, easy to find a hardware stores. Buy a digital indoor/outdoor thermometer with a probe and tape the probe end to the warm floor of the tank. It should read 88-91F. There you go. :) Here's a good link:

You can put hideaways on each side of the tank, or just one. If just one, I would put it on the side that the lamp is NOT on.

I have never heard of a humidity box? Are you talking about a gauge? Leopard geckos do not require as much humidity as more tropical species. Usually misting them well twice a day with a squirt bottle is sufficient. Do not turn their heat off at night. They should have either an undertank heater ( on one side of the tank only, not the whole tank) and a day lamp, or a night lamp and a day lamp.

a humid hide is the hide you put on the warm side of the tank that has either moist peat moss or a moist paper towel so the gecko can shed properly without losing toes
