Do some physical activity like long walk, watering the plants and talking to the plants, swimming, tennis, badminton etc. the idea is to sweat so that all negativity goes out of ur body and positive energy is enthused in u. U can also talk to anyone who understands u and motivates u. This is the only answer as far as I know.

I hug my pets. We have 2 dogs and one cat in the house, and 2 dogs in the backyard. Each one is full of love, and they're not afraid to show it.

Demand a house call to alleviate the need. It is so hard to imagine looks like that finding no takers.
