Loans, while husband is unemployed?
My husband has been unemployed for 3 months now, bills are piling up quickly. School is about to start and that's only going to bring on more bills. What kinds of loans can we get to help us pay off some credit card, mortgage, etc.? Will the fact that he is unemployed affect the loans? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Okay, I meant school for our 3 children will begin. It's not exactly easy to find a job that can pay for all of the bills. Currently he gets unemployment and with 3 kids home from school right now if he took any old job we would get screwed because of daycare costs. I already have 2 jobs and am trying my best. Can someone answer kindly?

The first thing a lender looks for is the ability to repay the loan.
With your husband now working it's going to be very hard to qualify.

Unfortunately, I doubt there is any lender who will give your husband a loan right now since he is unemployed. The risk is too high, or at least that's how the lender will look at it.
My only advice would be to contact your mortgage company and see about getting a line of credit - maybe you even already have it? That would definitely help with school expenses, groceries, etc.
Good luck - hope he finds a job soon!

No solid lender provide you with a private loan in case you haven't any longer have been given a activity. How do you intend to pay off the interior maximum loan? additionally, you don't get unemployment once you supply up a activity. There are in basic terms some motives to offer up a activity that would desire to nonetheless entitle you to unemployment.

I certainly hope you are not delinquet in the payments. You --did make the minimum pay ment every month???? You paid the mortage every month on time??? If your missing payments your debt hole is getting deep and deeper. Why would their be more bills just because school is starting??? The kids are gong to school and hang out instead of the house. Where they have been all summer... Sometimes the American dream of Home -- Car--2children -- 3 chickens in every pot. Is just that a dream. I think you understand credit and what it is for. I think your abusing your line of credit. Adjustments need to be made the ole working pay check is not their. Unemployment does not pay the bills..Need to cut spending--EX. if you can't eat it don't need it ...
Under those circumstances the only loan be able to get is a 2nd mortageor a refinance of the home.

I'd be more than happy to evaluate your situation and see if I can help. I work for Chase as a nationwide lender. You can email me at casey.x.casperson@chase.com or visit my website www.caseycasperson.com and contact me through any of my contact info on the page.
Just because your husband isn't working doesn't mean you can't be helped. Chase offers a "No Doc" program which doesn't even ask for employment information.
There are many factors in determining if I can help you. Take advantage of it. If anything you'll walk away a little smarter.

Hubby needs to find a job and even postpone school until you get your act together.
Yes, generally to get a loan the lender needs to know HOW you will pay it back.
You should also get a job if you do not have one already until the crisis is over.
