    1) Make sure your permissions are set up first. At the top of the "My Blog" page click the "Edit Blog Settings" link. Make sure you put a title, then scroll down and activate your simple URL and change the "who can see your blog" and "who can post comment" settings. Make sure to click "Save" at the bottom.

Then, "First, click the 'My Blog' link at the top of any page. If you've already started your blog, then just click "Compose New Entry" on the left. If you haven't started your blog yet, from the My Blog page just click 'Start My Blog.' " (http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/blog/blog-04.... ).

    2) If you want to change your avatar to a photo on Y/A, then

Make sure a JPEG formatted photo (with .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe extension) under 5MB is saved to your hard drive.

    - Click your "My Page" link at the top

    - Click "Edit Profile Photos" over the empty picture frame

    - Click "Browse" and upload photo into an empty field. Then click one "use as primary" radio button on the right before saving. Make sure the primary picture is the one that you want to use in Y/A.

You can't upload more than 4 profile pictures (this includes an avatar). Make sure that you are following the 360 Personal Photo guidelines here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/guidelines/gu... .

Then, come back to Yahoo! Answers. Click the "My Profile" link to the upper right of this Yahoo! Answers page, then click "Edit My Info" in the top left box on the Answers profile page. Scroll down to the image section and check the option of showing the 360 picture. Click Preview and then the OK button.

See more U.S. instructions at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/profile/profi...

NOTE: There may be a delay in the image showing up on the Y/A site.
