Maybe you have watered it too much. All replanted plants should only be watered when necessary and must be placed in a shaded area. Since your plant has just been replanted, its roots are still adjusting. It has no capacity to absorb all the water you have given it and since it is not absorbing water, it is wilting under the sun. Transfer your plant, you might still save it.

before you plant the pandan first you must soak the roots in water only for a few weeks or until new roots appear when there has atleast 2-3 new roots plant the pandan in well drained enriched soil mine seem to do best in slightly acidic soil i then put it in a well shaded area (only till it gets use to its new home ) and root drenched it for the first watering and i use 25 15 15 fertilizer about every 1-2 weeks in the growing season when you do start to water the plant on a regular basis only water it till the soil is moist if it becomes waterlogged the roots will rot also every few days mist the leaves to assure for a healthy crown .... best of luck its a fantastic plant

This is transplant shock,pandan are hardy plant,should be OK.Meanwhile remove all the wilted leaves with a small knife and wait for new growth.

Shock when I transplant I give it just a little water and let it rest for few days in a cool shady spot then I ease it out give a little more water after few days it cannot handle any more sudden changes it will be ok just baby it a little! Good luck!
