A huge muscular man Jim Jr M walks into a bar and orders a beer. The barman can't help but stare at the guy because in contrast to his large head that is the size of an orange. The barman hands the guy his beer and says, "You know, i'm not gay but I want to compliment you on your physique, it is really phenomenal! But I have to question, why is your head so small?"

"Yeah, so I picked up the frog and it said, "Kiss me and I will turn into a genie and grant you 3 wishes."
"Keep going."
"I gave the frog a kiss and POOF! The frog turned into a beautiful naked woman, who said I had 2 wishes. I looked down at my 115 body and said I wanted a body like Arnold Schwazenegger, she nodded, snapped her fingers and POOF
there I was, so huge that I ripped out of my clothes and was standing there naked. She then asked what my second wish was?"
"What next?"
"I looked hungrily at her beautiful body and repplied, I want to make sensuaous love with you by the stream. She nodded, laid down and beckoned to me, we made love for hours!"
"And"
"Afterwards, as we lay down by the stream, sweating she whispered into my ear, you have 1 more wish, what will it be? I looked at her and said How 'bout a little head?"

Following recent examinations of his bottom, I have found that he has scarred the insides and this has led to a very bad case of haemorrhoids. We are currently looking for a cure to his serious condition. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
