i am a yankees fan but i think gagne feeling the pressure of pitching for a contending team cause the rangers sucked so he had no pressure thier. now hideki whatever is starting to fall apart cause he lost a game the other day. they say he should win the cy young for what falling apart when it matters and the yankees onlyb 4 back now. the gave up a lead to the o's and they were supposed to have a great bullpen while they don't lately. they are going to blow it in the last month like last year. go yanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still am...wait when the month is over after the Red Sox play ten games against the D-Rays and White Sox and the Yanks play the Tigers and Angels...Red Sox are winning the division.

this trade was a wise guy trade . keeping gagne away from the n.y. this trade was the down fall of the sox. their bullpen was strongest in baseball.. the saying , you never have enough pitching. in this case you have to many pitchers and not enough bats. i couldn't understand not going after teixeira. they could have made the same deal as for gagne or to deal youk.

sox need a bat at 1b and next year after manny leaves.

Gagne has turned out to be a poor acquisition. They really didn't need him. With Okajima and Papelbon (Don't be so rude as to misuse their names), they already had the great bullpen they need. Gagne has blown at lest three games already. Greed almost always catches up with you, and the Sox are getting their share now.

yea, the red sox bull pen was doing awesome until they brought in gange. he needs to play like he did earlier in the year. our starters actually are doing well though, that should have been a win for dicek and now beckett has 15 wins. and btw, it's hideki. u have a hideki on ur team, dont u? shouldn't u be able to pronounce that?!
