Screw Monetarism
Libertarian. I live in the dark and gloomy city called Pittsburgh. But I somehow enjoy it. I'm an evil capitalist pig and not ashamed to flaunt it. I try not to use Y!A cliches, like stating "my mind" as a source. I change everything about my profile often to avoid stalkers and mental rapists. And the government. I also take long breaks from Y!A because of people like you. Yes you. I don't forward forwards. Ever. Nazi Germany, The United Soviet Socialist Republics, The Workers Paradise of Cuba, and Communist China are prime examples of collectivism at its best. The definition of insanity is trying something that has failed over and over and expecting different results. Marx and Engels were Satanists. Moses Hess is the father of Communism. Socialist countries have existed. Enlighten yourself bitches.
Is it possible to be a reporter and a photojournalist?
I am interested in financial reporting and am also a photojournalist at my school paper. I know both are usually full-time jobs, but is there any publication that would be able to use someone with expertise in both writing and visuals?
2 AnswersMedia & Journalism6 years agoDoes Wikileaks have the ability to leak the Osama death photos?
I assume the answer is yes, eventually, but are there any plans by them to do this as long as they are not released?
5 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhat's with these iTunes charges?
After seeing the first charges from iTunes on my Chase credit card bill, I noticed many inconsistencies. Even though the songs cost 0.99 and 1.29, with albums costing more, I have charges ranging from 0.31 to 13.42. I understand that there are probably taxes and hidden fees I should have figured out before, right? I have figured out that they (or Chase) combine(s) purchases on the bill, but that said, it still doesn't add up. Does anyone else have these problems?
1 AnswerMusic & Music Players1 decade agoShould he be held responsible? Ipod broken. ?
My classmate couldn't take a joke, or he doesn't know his own strength. I said something about his hair jokingly and he caught me off guard when he came from my side and shoved me almost knocking me off balance. My two day old 4th gen iPod touch, in my hoodie pocket as it always is, flies out and lands face first, cracking much of the bottom left of the glass. It still functions. Now, he initially said to my face right after that he would pay for it, but I tried to talk to him on facebook and he (presumably) blocked me. I wasn't able to see him today. So if he opts out of paying for a new screen, is he still responsible for the damage? What should I say?
19 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade agoFinal scene in the Green Zone?
The final scene is an oil refinery or an oil field, correct? Just wondering since it essentially is the underlying message of the whole movie that the Iraq War is for oil.

8 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoDo we really control the climate, or does the climate control us?
13 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoIs climate change an infalliable "science"?
They can maintain that global warming is man-made and is going to end the world so easily with the indoctrinated people that choose to give into a pseudo-science that has garnered unfathomable amounts of support, out of the likelihood that people enjoy doing or advocating anything that makes them feel like they are changing the world or whatnot. People like Michael Mann and the IPCC can manipulate data so profusely that they start a massive revolution. Their clamp on humans' brains cannot be shaken by anyone. They can blame every single natural disaster on global warming and man only because they know people will believe them. It's power fascist dictators dream of. They have it, and they don't seem to want to give it away. Even though there is mounds of legitimate evidence to the contrary (I've written papers and done my own research, I'll add links if you feel so inclined to delve into my skepticism), it must be silenced. Is not science about understanding the world around us and striving for the truth? Why must skeptics be silenced? How does that benefit science?
12 AnswersGlobal Warming1 decade agoWhat specifically do libertarians dislike about the Civil Right Act?
I've been told Rand Paul and other libertarians have problems against the civil rights bill of 1964. What's the main complaint?
12 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoAs an American, is there any reason to advocate Ernesto Che Guevara?
"If the nuclear missiles had remained in Cuba, we would have fired them against the heart of the U.S. including New York City."
Are you Che lovers so wrapped up in the idea of revolutionaries that you would support anybody? Why not Stalin? Or Mao? Those thugs also killed citizens for power and fear. If Che really cared about his citizens, he would not have used Inquisition-style techniques to find people against the revolution.

de·moc·ra·cy /dɪˈmɒkrəsi/ Show Spelled[dih-mok-ruh-see] –noun,plural-cies.
1.government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.
We do not have a "free electoral system". Ultimately, "supreme power" is vested in our elected officials. It is indirect. A representative republic, if you will.

1.a state in which the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly by them.
