Cardio is the best way to burn the fat. Try walking or even better jogging for at least 30 min per day. An hour would be better. Muscle burns fat, so get some dumbells and start pumping. Also, you said you eat good, but are you getting enough vegetables? I'm sure you can eat a little better. For me, I can't eat bread products. They make me bloat and hold onto weight. As soon as I give up Carbs. (except for fruit, I keep that in the diet) And sugar, the weight comes off fairly quickly. This is the same for my husband. We notice that the longer you don't eat bread and sugar, the less we crave it. Good luck.

The best range to lose weight in is 1 to 2.5 lbs a week. This will allow your body to accustom itself to the loss and the skin to regain its prestretched stage. Losing weight too quickly will cause the skin of abdomen, chest and inner thighs to sag, possibly dramatically. I don’t personally believe in any of the fad diets that keep showing up. I think that they put your body into an unhealthy famine mode which will cause you to gain the fat right back if you start to eat normally again. The best idea is to eliminate all junk food. You can do a cheat day if you need to but don’t go overboard. Eat balanced meals of reasonable size. Overeating will cause your stomach to be too large and you will still feel hungry when you’re not. Also have lots of healthy snacks during the day. Ideally you’ll want to eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day. Carry food with you so you aren’t tempted to eat unhealthily when you’re out of the house. And don’t buy unhealthy foods. Get foods that are low in bad fats—we do need fat to survive but not saturated fat. Minimize the processed flours and sugars, no white bread, no sugar. Choose leaner meats and protein sources. Don’t expect to eat pizza and burritos all the time and lose weight. And eat tons of vegetables. Eat salads, steamed vegetables and raw vegetables too. You can’t eat so much celery that you’ll get fat. Don’t eat too much fruit or things containing high fructose corn syrup. The reason is that fructose is hard on the liver because it can only be metabolized there. You can eat fruit during or after a workout. Don’t eat late at night because your body will turn it into fat. Eat a smaller amount of calories than needed to maintain your weight. You have burn more than you intake. Always exercise. Cardio especially, but weights are good too. Don’t give up. You’ll be glad you chose to lose the weight.

Quick loss tends to = quick re-gain

If you are satisfied with your current diet, then add 1 hour of exercise at least 5 days a week. To walk or jog all you need is a good pair of sneakers.

Or workout with your "limited" exercise equipment (you didn't tell us what it is, so it's hard to suggest ways to use it effectively).

Bicycle, rollerblade, swim, or trikke for alternatives to your cardio. Aerobics videos/DVDs also work well and can give variety to your workouts.

You should be able to lose 1 - 4 lbs/wk with a good chance of keeping it off long term..anything faster than that and you're more likely to put it back on when you back off the exercise or change to "non weight loss" eating habits.

Muscle, muscle, muscle. Need to start taking in more protein and what will happen is you will gain more weight but the fat will burn off for muscle burns calories 24hrs a day. If you don't have the equipment just do push-ups, squats, leg lifts, and chin ups. Running is alright but it does not gain you that much muscle. One of the fastest ways to lose weight is to join a martial arts that does grappling. That will give you both muscles and an aerobic workout. Good luck!

I have found that the best way to lose 15-25lbs very quickly is to use a good metabolism booster like Zenalean Pro or Zenalean stack. Right after I take it I can feel a big energy boost and it really get the metabolism up. Plus, it seems to curb my appetite quite a bit so that I almost never snack in between meal. You can find Zenalean at a lot of places but I get it online because its cheaper. Good luck! http://www.supplementsoutlet.com/eppr.html

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and do any exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

Start out by walking an hour a day. If nothing else, it will help you to figure out what else you'll like better than walking.
