Waking up!?

Is it better to get out of bed when you naturally wake up or go back to sleep till your alarm clock goes off?

For example i woke up at 5.20am this morning but i didnt have to be up untill 7.30am ish!

If i woke up on my own does that mean i had enough sleep? I couldnt go back to sleep this morning but now i feel shattered!

Sometimes you need that extra sleep I know I do. If I don't get that extra sleep and get up earlier than my alarm I will be a zombie all day.

You should take time to study this question it is very interesting to the mental and physicall of the human

......this is a study all to itself....and now that earth has shifted....very interesting indeed....i would ask yourself this question......."Am I not getting up because I dont have to....? (or so u think), or am I waking not because Im well rested but, because I had a bad dream or sleep ...chokers

....when u wake ...eyes open and ready then move your self dont go back to sleep that is

really lazy dont do that it will make u more tired ...when u sleep how does fresh oxygen get to your lungs....if u dont have then how can ur body function properly......you are blessed to wake befor ur alarm and tape ur nails hmmm should i or shouldnt I

your answer is Yes you should

It depends on how you feel when you wake up. If you wake up feeling energized and ready-to-go, then you've probably had enough sleep. If you're groggy and tired when you arise, there's a decent chance a dream you don't remember woke you up, or something like that. Even if you can't fall back asleep, you should still lay down and relax. Don't move around or you'll waste energy that you're going to need later on.

Even the best of cleanings can't get all the pee smell out from where the toilet seat attaches to the toilet: usually there are 2 little caps that can be pried up, then cleaned. Another very common problem is the wax ring under the toilet, either having been installed wrong or because the floor is uneven and the toilet 'rocks' a little, causing the wax ring to have a slight gap, allowing pee to leak, or at least the smell of it to enter the room...that little joy requires unscrewing the flange bolts, turning off and disconnecting the water supply line to the toilet and then removing the toilet in order to check out what's going on with that wax ring. Should it need replacing, look for the wax ring package that say "40% more wax" it's thicker than regular wax rings, makes a better seal. If you're not comfortable (or strong enough to lift a tank-and-toilet) hire a LICENSED handyman or plumber. While the toilet's removed, you'll have a chance to clean the floor under where the toilet was. have fun!

Hmm.. Do you sleep late but wake up early? If that is the case, you have middle insomnia. Your body serves as your body clock and wake up early. Maybe you are having an anxiety or depression that is why you wake up early. Whatever the reason is, it is safer to consult a doctor for this b/c once in a while your doctor can assess you as to whether you have imbalanced or balanced neurochemicals in your brain.

He might as well prescribe anxiolytics or antidepressant drugs for you to have a proper sleep.

Getting up naturally and staying awake is better rather than forcing your mind to go back sleep again, you can go out for a walk and do thousands of health improving things at morning time

as long as you got to bed the same time every night. if you wake up on your own whithout an alarm it means you have had enough sleep. if you keep this up you will feel better once your body clock kicks in.

Wake up naturally. Do something productive. Take a walk, read a book, make a good breakfast, write some email.

The point is that is extra time God gave you. Do Not waste it.

well .. you can stay awake .. but the problem is when you go to work or school normally for about 8 hours you will be exhausted ... add the 2 hours you woke up earlier ... that would make you sleepy before the end of the your work time ...
