Ooh... I'm sorry!... I've never had that happen to me or anyone I know personally ::knock on wood:: so I'm not entirely sure what you need to do offhand. I'll look it up online for you. But I definitely suggest you start by contacting government offices and reporting the things stolen ASAP and work on getting a new birth certificate, SSN, and passport in case you need them.
And you really should cancel all your credit cards, bank accounts, etc as soon as you can, just in case they try to steal your identity. If they have your SSN and your bank statement, then they can already match up your home address (which was probably on the statement), go to the bank, pretend to be you (especially if they or one of their friends looks like you in your passport picture and uses it as ID to claim to be you) and get full access to your bank account!!
Good luck!!! I'm really sorry this happened to you...

Here's what I found online...
What if my [Social Security] card is lost or stolen?
https://www.socialsecurity.gov/pubs/10002.html#los...
You can replace your card for free if it is lost or stolen. However, you are limited to three replacement cards in a year and 10 during your lifetime.
To get a replacement card, you will need to:
* Complete an Application For A Social Security Card (Form SS-5); [There's a link on the website]
* Present a recently issued document to show your identity;
* Show evidence of your U.S. citizenship if you were born outside the United States and did not show proof of citizenship when you got your card; and
* Show evidence of your current lawful noncitizen status if you are not a U.S. citizen.
Your replacement card will have the same name and number as your previous card.

There are two steps required to get a new passport. First, you must report your valid passport lost or stolen immediately. This is required of anyone who loses or has a passport stolen. The second step is to replace your passport. Both steps and forms required are described below.

Report birth certificate lost or stolen and get another:
Contact the city/county/state where the certificate was issued.
But definitely cancel all your credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts then monitor your credit report for awhile. It's a pain in the @ss, but better safe than sorry.
Source(s): I had my bank account information stolen online the beginning of the summer and needed to close my bank account and cancel my debit card and open a whole new account with a new card. It was a pain, but it's better than what could have happened if someone stole my identity online... - Anonymous5 years ago
One, Buy A Handgun of Somesort. Two, Get Your Dad Or Family Member To Guard The Doors At Night. Three, Shoot WHoever Tries To Steal Anything. Four, Im Sure If You Call The Police They Will Help, Eh? Theyre Not All That Useless, The Police In The States Nowadays Are Corrupted By Bush's Political Stupidity. :) Bye!

Contact the nearest passport agency, Social Security Office and The County office that deals with birth records where you were born immediately and also notify the major credit agencies and monitor your credit reports. Also contact your bank, so they can monitor you account and maybe change the number. Make sure you have copies of the Police paperwork.

Inform the passport division and the social security office about the loss of those documents. For whatever it will be worth, you can also report to the Recorder's office, the loss of the original copy of your birth certificate.
