2002 Maxima steering and suspension?

I just got an 02 Maxima and noticed that sometimes on bumpy roads I feel a click-like vibration go through the wheel and floor. What is this and is it normal?

what can i expect to happen if i dont get it fixed?

    There is a bushing on the rear of the lower control arm that frequently goes bad,, but it could also be the sway bar links, balljoints or tie rod ends. The rear lower control arm bushing is the most common
