Jewel's honey chicken salad?

4 cups chopped cooked chicken

3 celery ribs, diced

1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise

1/3 cup honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Stir together first four ingredients.

Whisk together mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients.

Add to chicken mixture, stirring gently until combined

There is also a diced yellowish fruit, and I think it is apricots.

That chicken salad is so good. :D
