I think he should get a fair trial...that's what I think should happen to him...

Should he be found guilty, THEN we can hand down the sentences...but right now, just let the process worth itself out. The feds got involved and had an indictment handed down...clearly they think they have enough, but that doesn't mean he's guilty already...

i don't think of Michael Vick could ever play lower back with the aid of fact what he did replaced into merely easy merciless. We people have created weapons to guard ourselves, wheras canines have purely tooth and claws, which at the instant are not any tournament for a human's abuse. Michael Vick is the sorriest, maximum pathetic excuse for a human i've got ever seen. So, NO Vick shouldn't additionally be allowed close to a soccer lower back.

If he's found or pleads guilty, he shoud do his jail time and never be allowed back in the NFL. The new comissioner is enforcing these new "personal conduct" rules, and if a guilty Vick were allowed to play again it would be a disgrace. If he's not guilty (unlikely) let him play again and deal with the fans and other players wrath.

His lawyers are trying to get him a plea agreement before the rest of the information is made public. The rest? Well, he personally had a hand in drowning dogs and hanging dogs who did not win fights. Thats pretty bad. He should do some serious jail time. Football? Well, its a characteristic of American blacks to never take responsibility for their actions, its always someone else's fault so we will see that surface pretty soon after he pleads guilty. He will never play football again. His gambling scheme violates some basic rules of the NFL. The people who ultimately make the huge salaries possible are the fans and you have to be pretty stuipd to want to contribute money someone who is admitting such horrific conduct. His problem also involves a crime that liberals don't tolerate so the natural support base of weeping liberals for people accused of crimes will not work for him this time. He held dogs under water until they drowned. He hung dogs from polls and lynched them. He is a monster.

Banned for life from the NFL and gets 5 years in prison.

the prosecution and defense team should work out some kind of plea deal that would limit Vick's jail time, and still save his football career, whether it's with the Falcons or not, or the NFL or AFL or whatever.

If guilty jail for 2-3 years. Then let him finish the remander of his career.

If not guilty 1 game suspension and back on the field

Source(s): And If you think he should be hanged electrocuted and drowned then you are a sick person

if hes guilty he should serve some jail time, pay a fine and donate to some animal charity

if not guilty he should be released to be a free agent and allowed to play by week 8

3 yr minimum sentence, banned from the NFL & all endorsements pulled back.

If he is guilty, then serve his jail time and a 2 year suspension from the NFL for illegal gambling, at which time he can apply for reinstatement.

If he is innocent, then immediate reinstatement to the league.
