I need help...?

I hope that some can help me i am trying to send an E-Mail to a hotmail address but when i press the send button i get a massage failed E-Mail back can some one please tell me what i am doing wrong, i have tryed sending it from both Yahoo and Hotmail adresses but i get the same reply,

thank you in advance for your help..

    sounds like the e-mail address isn't correct?

    Have you got a space or capital in the e-mail this could be the problem

    Ditto, sounds like the email address may be incorrect. You only have to be off one letter or number or even dash for it not to work,
