Has there ever been on record in history of a hurricane splitting into two hurricanes or being so powerful it spowns of another hurricane?

Physically, Hurricanes virtually cannot "split" and form two hurricanes. If they split they generally just break apart and get all unorganized and messy. The only possible scenario is that the second one that had broken apart from the main hurricane would quickly die due to poor organization and high winds from the other storm that do not favor the direction of the smaller storm. Also a hurricane cannot "spawn" another hurricane.

There has been a time where two hurricanes "danced" around each other, they cant combine though. They dance because the hurricanes have electromagnetic and gravitational force involved in them so they cant get to close to each other yet if their paths do cross they dance around an invisible sphere and looks like they are going around in a circle.

The hurricanes rain bands can form tornadoes however, this is due to the fact that rain bands are pretty much thunderstorms that are connected to a hurricane, these thunderstorm rain bands can sometimes form tornadoes, generally weak ones like most tornadoes are.

On the whole, a hurricane cant split in to two hurricanes or tow hurricanes becoming one giant hurricane. Physical laws don't allow this to occur.

    Sincerely

That seems impossible because I don't think two tropical cyclones can exist in close proximity to one another. The stronger would tend to tear the other apart. The net component of two wind vectors would favor one or the other cyclone while effectively destroying the circular geometry of the circulation of the other. Without proper circulation, the second storm would die. Would seem possible if it were moving fast enough part of its outflow could develop into a tropical depression of its own but then it would have to take the time to develop just like mommy. I suppose it could drop a seed along in this way but then again so could a much much weaker storm. It would have a struggle because after a hurricane passes it tends to leave behind cooler water because of upwelling, making another storm less likely to develop.

I highly doubt that a hurricane can make a baby hurricane, or break up.

no hurricanes create wind shear and that would destroy the weaker hurricane

    so no

I know they can join but split ? Don't know.

    No, never.

    They do spawn tornadoes though.

Don't think so. I'm not sure that can happen
