Which chapters should be in a marketingcommunication plan?
I am writing a marketingcommunication plan for a new service. My first chapter is to describe the service; what is it and how does it works? Second chapter is about the market, the consumers and the competitors. The 3rd will be the most important one, because there i describe the target groups, communication goals,and of course the different marketing communication instruments. In the end there is a marketingcommunication budget chapter. What do you think should be in this report? Any suggestions?
The company doesnt really allows me to tell for what kind of product/service this plan is. This because of competitors. Sorry.. I can tell that the market is sort of new(only 1 or 2 competitors) the prod/service is very new.. hardly anyone knows it. I do have books. Believe me, i have enough books here in front of me, and they do give me a guideline (sort of).. Its just that i thought that here at Answers there must be peeps who know a lot about these things and can give me a short guideline what should be in this plan (please dont tell me to get better books) Thank you in advance!

Here's a suggestion; Why don't you make a 360 page and tell us all about your report and we'll give you advice and comment on it there, it will be much easier to help you that way...
You can be as anonymous as you like there (no public e-mail and such) but it's much better suited for the kind of discussion you're looking for (I think what you're doing now might be against the rules a bit). You could also start a Group but I think you'd have to make a new sub-identity to protect your e-mail address there...

this is a fun way for us to answer each other all the time. lol. well it's not that we don't want to or like it, it's just that yahoo isn't all that populair in holland, hardly anybody i know uses it, they are all hooked on hotmail and their services and our own dutch sites, right now, hyves.nl is very very populair, i think there is also a hyves.com anyway, hope this answers it again.
